October Company Show Kickoff

Hello folks!  

This weekend marks our first weekend back to regularly scheduled shows and we are coming at you with an explosion of improv! I'm stoked to tell you a little bit about what's coming up so you're on board with how we are approaching these next two months.

Right now, putting a product out into the world that is playful, positive and connective feels more important than ever.  It is revolutionary to insist on radical and creative collaboration when it's so easy to focus on what is broken, wrong and divided.  I hope you'll join us for a good time and some playful connection.

For October and November, each BATS company player has been given their own night, with which they can do whatever they want!  It's their chance to show you their idea of a good time. To experiment with that show they've always been curious about but haven't been sure about! To bring together a cast of folks they may not have a chance to play with all the time but who are inspiring to them. To showcase a group that they think are doing exciting work. That can include both company members that you've grown to know and love, and also community members who may be less familiar to you.  It's a thrilling time to bring together lots of different parts of our community and try some things out.

So - what can you expect?  A ton of variety both in theme, tone and players. Lots of experimentation and exploration of some new ideas.

The Blank Show will also be taking place online this Saturday, October 3rd.
