Number of Volunteer Sessions Required *

You must complete one volunteer session per class session. Please enter the total number of volunteer sessions required for this class. (Both volunteer sessions and class sessions are three hours long. If you are in a class which doesn't meet in a three hour session, enter the total number of hours in the class divided by three. If you aren't sure, please reach out to bats@improv.org before completing this form.)

Preferred Volunteer Dates *

Please enter the specific dates when you'd like to volunteer. You should enter exactly as many dates as the total number of volunteer sessions you entered for the previous question. Enter SPECIFIC DATES in mm/dd/yyyy format rather than making a statement like "any day is fine". Dates should correspond to Fridays or Saturdays when there is a BATS Company Show, and all dates should be prior to the last day of class for the class you have requested to take.

Backup Volunteer Dates *

We will do our best to schedule your volunteer sessions on your preferred dates. In the event that a volunteer slot is not available on one of your listed dates, please list at least two alternate dates when you are also available to volunteer. (These should also be before the end of your requested class.)
